After feeling so lost lately, and really feeling the overwhelm of life, I decided what I needed to do was start journaling again. Even on a busy day, I can find five minutes to let myself write. It’s always been my way of therapy – I think better on paper than I do out loud. Sometimes we need to write it out to find out what our sub-conscious is really thinking and feeling. It’s always good to get our thoughts out on paper, so we can see what it is that’s bothering us, what it is we need, what it is we really want.
These self-awareness journal prompts are perfect for when I need to explore my feelings, but don’t have a lot of time. Quick fire questions that are best answered without thinking too much about your answers – no time to censor yourself!
