A family meal plan for July
Another
You can see April, May and June’s plans for some more ideas. I’m still feeding one vegan, one vegetarian, one who can’t eat lactose, two meat eaters and one very fussy eater! So I try and cater to everyone’s taste without making five different meals each day. I will cook a variety of veggies with each meal, or leave salads ‘deconstructed’ so people can pick and choose the sides they like.
Here’s what we’ll be eating through July:
- BBQ {fingers crossed!}
- Picky Dinner
- Pesto pasta
- Veggie Burritos
- Dirty Fries
- Squash soup, cheesy toast
- Calzone, Salad
- Fried Rice, bean salad, grilled veggies
- Picky Dinner
- Vegan fish fingers, sweet potato mash, carrots, petit pois
- Black bean quesadillas
- Spaghetti, Edamame, Garlic Bread
- Rice Bowls
- Sweet Potato Gnocchi, Sausage, Corn Cobs
- Veg Burgers, Potato Salad
- Picky Dinner
- Scramble, Hash browns, beans
- Tacos, Mexican ‘Slaw
- Nut Cutlets, Wedges, Mixed Veg
- Carlic Quinoa, Falafel, Salad
- Naan Pizza
- Buddha Bowls
- Picky Dinner
- Sausages in Pitta, Sweet Potato Frids, ‘Slaw
- Baked Pasta
- Jacket Potatoes, Garlic Mushrooms
- Lentil Soup, sourdough
- Dahl, flatbread pizza
- Kale + Quinoa Salad
- Picky Dinner
- Loaded Nachos, Salad, Onion Rings
