workout-kit avanca-headphones

I workout 6 mornings out of 7, and I love to have music on while I’m working out – I find getting the right soundtrack really keeps me going when the workouts get tough. If I’m doing a home workout, I workout down in our den, and we have a radio down there but I prefer to put on a playlist from Spotify, to ensure I have the right tempo songs {and none of the chatter}.

I had just been playing the music through my phone, and using a pair of cheap headphones when I went out for a run. But the past couple of weeks I have been testing out the Avanca D1 Sports Headset. They are wirelesss headphones, so I can connect them to my phone while I work out. They are really comfortable to wear, and even when I was jumping around lot they didn’t fall out. The sound quality is amazing too – I seem to work out so much better when the music is right in my ears too!

They are far more comfortable to wear than other headsets that I have tried, they always seem to sli[ when I am running. Being wireless also means I don’t have any annoying wires connecting to my phone to catch as I’m working out.

Even when I was running along a busy road, they blocked out most of the traffic sounds so I could hear the music loud and clear. They have control pannels on the ear buds so you can easily skip songs, change the volume and even anwer incoming phone calls {they have a built in microphone so you can use them to take calls}.

If you’re looking for a new pair of headphones for your workouts, then I’d highly recommend these – at jsut £42.67 on Amazon right now, they’re fantastic value for money too.
