Ginger Pudding Cupcakes
Oh
They’d make the perfect centerpiece to a buffet table too, I’ll be making more of these over Christmas I think!
I’ve been wanting a stand mixer for a while, and Domu recently sent us one to review. This past week we’ve been testing out this VonShef Stand Mixer. It’s been a hard job – I mean, having to mix lots of cakes to make sure it works!? I’m impressed though, not only does it make mixing cakes super quick, it also comes with a dough hook to take the hard work out of making bread/pizza dough. I love fresh baked bread, but really don’t like all the kneading! The mixing bowl is a generous size too, and it has a cover so that flour doesn’t fly out all over the place when you’re mixing away! I have one Von Shef Kitchen Mixer to give away, you can enter at below.

December 11, 2014 at 14:27Oh I would love one of these. I really want to make my own fresh bread one day but the thought of kneading dough really does not appeal.
