Kitchen Inspiration
Late
As we only rent, I can’t do all the things that I would like to our house. I’ve redecorated every single room {so long magnolia}, but I have to live with the fixtures and fittings. The one room that I dislike the most is our kitchen. It’s a tiny little room, not much storage and the cupboards are so old and dated. I actually painted the cupboard doors last year which helped, but I still dream of the day I can create a kitchen I truly love. Until then, I’ll have to be satisfied with pinning ideas!
I would love a big farmhouse style kitchen, aga, open fire. Huge wood table we can sit around all day, working, creating, eating. A dresser full of vintage plates and cups, a belfast sink under the window so I have a pretty view whilst washing up, and lots of colour. One day!

April 8, 2014 at 20:40Lovely! I am a total nut when it comes to kitchens, it would be the first place to get decorated if we owned our own home. x

April 22, 2014 at 19:47Funnily enough I used to want this open style of shelves and funky holders for everything…until we bought a house with barely any cabinets and I am now forced to put stuff on shelves. Like packets of cereal. And baby snacks. Now I long for cupboards. But I do like the cheerful colour schemes!
