Monthly Crush – Camden Town
April’s Monthly Crush is for Camden Town – an online store that promotes original, talented, emerging designers. It was inspired by the character of Camden Town London. When I was a teenager, I spent a lot of time in London, and Camden Town was always my go-to place, it wasn’t a visit to London without a trip there. Camden is a full of quirkiness and individuality, a place you can express your personality.
What I love most about the Camden Town online shop is that it highlights the handmade, the individual and upcoming designers. A break away from the mass produced goods that flood the highstreet. The site features a fantastic range of items, from jewellery to clothes, art to furniture. I’m especially taken with the Camden Town jewellery collection – there are some wonderful unique pieces in a variety of styles. The necklace above is one of my absolute favourites from the site. It would be perfect for festivals this summer.
I’m crushing badly on the green dress – so beautiful! And I’m in need of some new leggings – I have a pair similar to these that are showing their age and need replacing!
I love this stunning bistro set – wishing I had space in my kitchen for it! I’m also loving these sea turtle fairy lights – having just redecorated my bathroom, these would look amazing hung around the mirror over the sink.
