Three Good Things

Monday morning again. I woke early this morning, it’s getting easier day by day. I started using my Lumie Blodyclock again which has really helped. I love having an hour in the morning to myself before the house wakes up, and our hectic days begin. I pour myself a cup of Earl Grey, write in my gratitude journal, then light some candles and practice some yoga. {I’m currently working through Yoga With Adrienne’s ‘Dedicate’ 30 day programme}.

Last week was a good one. Finally free of the migraine that had struck me down for four whole days, I found myself feeling more ‘me’ and more inspired to put things into action then I have in a long time. There has been a lot of list making, a lot of planning, dreaming, researching. I’ve been digging deep and really delving into my soul, spending time working out what I want and where I’m going. It feels like I’m on the beginning of something new, ready for change and ready to steer my life in a new direction.

So, before our busy week begins, here are my #threegoodthings this week ♥

* Peaceful Sundays ~ my little three usually spend a few hours with their Dad on a Sunday, giving me a few hours of ‘me time’. It’s always such a lovely, peaceful few hours and it never fails to amaze me how much you can get done when there aren’t a whole tribe of kiddos running around!

* Tidying & Organising ~ Hands up who’s watched the new Marie Kondo show on Netflix?! After seeing so many people watching on my Social Media, I finally gave in and watched some… and I may have gotten bitten by the bug. Over the last couple of years, I’ve gone round and round my house, sorting and organising. This is like the final kick I needed to get the house in order. CLutter doesn’t make me feel good, and while I’ll never be a minimalist, I prefer my house when it’s in order and only full of things I love and/or need.

* Morning Yoga ~ this week I’ve finally cracked my goal of getting back onto my mat every morning, and oh boy does it feel good. My body is tight after a few months of barely practising, but it feels amazing to get back on the mat and get this body moving. Morning Yoga really sets me up for a good day.
