Friday I’m in Love


Happy Friday everyone! How has your week been? The first half of mine was not the best. I don’t know what was going on, the kiddos were in horrible moods, arguing and falling out ALL.DAY.LONG. I was at the mid-way point in my cycle, and that always makes me feel a little emotional, but I was ridiculously tired and stressed out too. Wednesday I declared a ‘give up’ day – we abandoned all the shoulds and musts, and baked cakes and watched a movie instead {and I had a sneaky afternoon nap}.

Thankfully, by Thursday I was feeling back to my old self! And now it’s the weekend… I have a tattoo appointment today, four hours of getting the geisha on my arm reworked. Then Miss Baya has friends over on Saturday for a birthday sleepover, so it will be a noisy weekend here!
