Lavender Rose Bath Salts
When it’s cold outside, nothing beats a soak in the bath to warm you up and leave you relaxed. I don’t get the chance for a long, hot bath anywhere near enough, so when I do I make sure I really indulge! These homemade bath salts are a great addition to a tub. Salt baths have some fantastic benefits – including improved circulation, stress relief, headache relief, and skin soothing. I like to use a mix of sea salts and Epsom salts to make these.
A jar of these bath salts would make a lovely handmade gift to give, pick up a beautiful jar like this one and you’ll have a gorgeous gift to give. I used a mix of lavender and rose essentials oils to create a relaxing, sensuous scent for a truly indulgent bath time.
You can get started with Essential Oils with a fantastic Doterra Starter Kit here, and order your Epsom and Sea Salts here.
