Homemade Gingerbread Cake
Ah….
I N G R E D I E N T S
350g self-raising flour
150g brown sugar
100g butter
50g honey
50g black treacle
4 tsp ground ginger
150ml milk
D I R E C T I O N S
* Sift the flour and ginger into a large bowl
* Rub in the butter until it resembles breadcrumbs
* Stir in the sugar
* Put the treacle, milk and honey in a pan and heat until melted together
* Pour the wet ingredients onto the dry, and mix well.
* Put the mix into a greased baking dish {appprox 20″x20″}
* Bake at 170C for around 30 minutes
