We all looked at each other and smiled. I mentioned that these two words are very helpful in life to know and say often. I like your notation about pausing and moving into the emotion, as a singer does, before they are spoken so that they carry and leave you with their energy. So, running into this writing and exercises reconcile with my last 24 hours, in particular, but also what I continue to work on myself.
