Glasses Direct and Orbis

I’ve had a few pairs of glasses through Glasses Direct in the past year or two and have always been more than happy with what I’ve received. Great styles, great quality, fantastic service and I don’t even have to leave the house to try frames on ;)

I was interested to learn that they have teamed up with designer Nicholas King and charity Oribis to create a limited edition range of London Retro glasses. Orbis have been working since 1982 to prevent avoidable blindness in areas of need, running programmes in 12 countries including India, Nepal and Zambia.

The Nicholas King for London Retro range includes fours styles in black, silver and gold. They also feature the designer’s signature crown on the wing tip. The Nicholas King range are priced at £90 and all profits from each sale is dontated to Orbis.
