3. Reward Positive Behavior
If you have found that your dog’s behavior leaves something to be desired, it might be because you have not done the best job of indicating to them when they have acted correctly in the past. You should look to reward them when they behave properly going forward.
While treats can be a great way of doing this, sometimes all it takes is some affection and attention and reassurance from you when they do something good.
