after a busy busy week last week, we had a chilled weekend – caught up on some housework, enjoyed the sunshine and did a little crafting. one of the things i made was a cute tissue paper garland – this one’s hung across the doorway into my craft/office space. my mr came home and said it looked like a fairy grotto :)
i have plans to make some more of these – thinking of one with fabric tassel’s as a backdrop for birthdays. it took approx 20 minutes from start to finish, all you’ll need is some sheets of tissue paper and a length of ribbon to hang it.
****
fold each sheet of tissue paper in half, then cut that in half, so you have two pieces of folded in half tissue paper. then cut strips from the not folded side, stopping about an inch and a half before the fold.
