Friday I’m in Love

It’s been forever since I’ve put one of these together. I feel like I’m in limbo land at the moment, waiting to have this baby yet life continues at the same time. It’s been so wet all week, which in some ways is a blessing as we have no interest in going out in it too much, giving me some much needed quiet days at home. We’ve been keeping busy with various science experiments, finding things to do for the ’30 Days Wild’ challenge we are doing, and doing lots of painting and baking.

I’m planning a quiet weekend [unless I end up giving birth!!!], trying to soak up these last few quiet days with my kiddos before life get turned upside down!

Here are a few things I’m loving right now

* SO excited to have a baby to put in our new Cosatto pram – we went for the Wow XL and seriously, it is amazing! We made it up when it came last week, and I can’t wait to use it. Beastie loves the fact it has a built-in buggy board, and an also grow into a double pushchair for various ages {not that I’m planning anymore!}. I opted for the ‘Nordik’ pattern, and it’s gorgeous – very Orla Keily-esq.

* An old article, but still very relevant today – Green Household Cleaners

* The benefits of an undisturbed first hour after birth

* Planning on making some of these honey cookies for the summer solstice next week

* ‘We need to stop sanitizing everything and let bacteria back in our lives‘

* Why we need to hug our kids when they’re at their worst

* Last week we made a big batch of elderflower cordial, it tastes so good! I froze over half of it {I made 4l!!} so we have cordial all summer long

* This gorgeous sun tarot card tapestry is on my wishlist

* I could eat this corn, avocado and tomato salad all summer long {and this strawberry rhubarb pie}
