Review || Ergo Pouch Cocoon Swaddle and Joey Comfortor

Now I’m in the third trimester, I’m aware of how fast these last three months will go. I’m gradually collecting everything we will need for this baby, though right now I have a wardrobe piled high with an unsorted pile of items!

We were lucky enough to be sent these gorgeous products from Ergo Pouch ready for Bean’s arrival. I think Beastie had his eyes on the Joey Comforter when it arrived – but I managed to convince him that his baby brother would need a comforter more than him! Made from eco-friendly bamboo I couldn’t believe how soft it is – perfect for a tiny baby to cuddle up to. I’m planning on sleeping with it nearer to Bean’s due date so it has my scent. The Joey Comforter also has a  child safe trackable device that you can pair with your phone, so you never have to worry about losing him! Having been through the stress of children losing favourite toys more than once, I think this is an ingenious idea! The bluetooth device is removable, so you can take it out if you wish and remove it when Joey needs a bath!

The second product was a Cocoon Swaddle Bag. Again, it’s made from bamboo which is so soft making it lovely for sleep time. Swaddling is great for little babies, who still have their startle reflex which can often wake them up. Keeping their arms tucked in helps to prevent this. The bag has poppers under the arms, so you can convert it to a sleeping bag once your baby wants their arms out. My favourite part of it though is the 2-way zipper which makes middle of the night nappy changes extra easy!

I can’t wait for Bean to be here now so that I can actually make use of these
