Review || Little Tikes Cosy Coupe
When Lola was little, we bought her a Cozy Coupe Princess Car which she loved and loved, she and her sisters played with it for years. Beastie saw a photo of her in it a little while ago, so he was very excited when he got offered one of his own! He waited {im}patiently for the Cozy Coupe Police Car to arrive, and as soon as it did, it was my job to build it!
I hadn’t quite expected it to come in quite so many pieces, but the instructions were easy to follow, there were just a couple of fiddly screws at the back of the car that were difficult to get in. It took a while – maybe almost an hour, so it’s one to build the night before if it’s a gift!
The Cozy Coupe is suitable for 18 months to 5 years {though Beastie is a big 3 and I don’t think he’ll still fit in it when he’s 5!}. It comes with a removable floor and a handle on the back for parent-controlled rides, making it a great way to take tots out for a ride before they are big enough propel themselves along. The floor plate ensures little ones feet are safe inside.
It also has a real honking horn, an ‘ignition switch’, an opening petrol cap, drink storage in the back and a lockable door. Kiki and Beastie turned the box the car came in into a petrol station {they actually sell one of these to though!}
The Cozy Coupe is excellent quality, just as I had expected it to be. The wheels look like they will stand up to a lot play, and I really like all of the features mentioned above, I think they really add that something extra and makes it a great value for money outdoor toy that will last for years.
Most importantly, Beastie loves it! It’s kept him happy inside whilst it’s been such a wet spring {I’m thankful we have a big house he can drive around in!}, and on the rare sunny afternoon he’s enjoyed riding up and down the garden too.
We were sent the Cozy Coupe in exchange for a review. All thoughts and opinions are our own.
