Review || Create a keepsake toy with Frugi

I’ve long been a fan of Frugi clothing – especially when my girls were little. I mean, what’s not to love? Gorgeous colours, funky prints, and hard-wearing clothes.  I still love them now for Beastie – they have the best t-shirts for little boys!

So, a few weeks ago, when they got in touch to ask if I wanted to try out their new Frugi Fabric bundles, I obviously said yes! The fabric bundles contain five 50 x 50 cm pre-cut squares of Frugi organic cotton in a mix of designs, colours, and fabrics. They also came with patterns to make a cat, whale, dino and bee, though of course you can create your own designs too! They’d make gorgeous mini tote bags for the kiddos!

We decided to make some a cat and dino for Baya and Beastie, they picked their favourite fabrics from the bundle and helped me to make them. They helped to mark out the patterns and cut them out, then we sewed them up on the sewing machine.

We stuffed them with dried lavender to make the perfect cuddly to snuggle with at bedtime – they smell absolutely amazing!! The little cat is my favourite – it’s so cute!!
