Flamingo Gifts

Once in a while, you come across a shop online that is just ‘you’…. you could pretty much take one of everything, please and thank you.

Flamingo Gifts is one of those for me…. I recently stumbled across them via Instagram, and oohed and aaaahed over half the shop! I was pretty impressed at the self restraint I showed in not actually purchasing every single thing.

So when they were kind enough to offer me a couple of items to review, I’d have been cray cray to say no, right?! Of course… Miss Baya had to have the Frozen Duvet set… I’d promised her one for her bed in our new house – nothing beats new sheets for a new room! She was so excited when it arrived, especially when she realised it had a different print on the reverse… mean Mama has made her put it away until we move, but we did have a quick sneaky peak, and it’s silky smooth – she can’t wait to sleep on it.

There were so many other items I wanted… that blue gummy bear lamp is amazeballs, as is the owl mug {not that I haven’t already got several owl mugs. ahem.} I have a big love for all things mustard coloured, and that phone is perfect…. I might be tempted to get one for the upstairs in our new house. Mr Vega has just started weaning, and this Gruffalo plate will be perfect in a few months time.

The other two items I finally opted to review, were these cute button coasters and the windowsill herb planter. The coasters are fab – we’ll actaully have space for a coffee table when we move, so these will protect it, and they look so quirky.

I’m a big fan of Orla Keily, so when I realised Flamingo Gifts stocked a big range of her products I may have been a teensy bit excited… I picked out these gorgeous herb plant pots, perfect to add a touch of colour into our kitchen, and I love having fresh herbs on hand when we’re cooking.

I have a feeling I’ll be buying more goodies from this shop soon ;)
