Sterimar Giveaway

I don’t think you fully appreciate the misery a cold can cause until you have children. Then you realise that a blocked nose means sleepless nights for them AND for you. Babies with a cold are even less fun – a blocked up, stuffy nose means they can’t feed either.

As soon as the cold weather hit, we seemed to start on the endless round of colds and blocked noses. Thankfully, we’ve been testing out some of the Sterimar range which has really helped. Stérimar Kids Congestion Relief is a 100% natural, purified sea water based nasal spray designed to help provide relief from congestion and runny noses in children. Basically, you squirt the salt water up your nose, and it helps to clear out the mucus and wash away those nasty cold-causing germs.

The bottles are fab, as they work no matter the angle – making it easy to use on children. The girls were a little unsure at the whole idea at first, but they all said it wasn’t as horrible as they expected AND they could see that it helped them breathe a little easier.

We also have some of the baby version ready and waiting for Beastie {though lets hope he doesn’t need it!}. Sterimar are offering one of you the chance to win a selection of their products to try out. Simply enter below.

Lots of vitamin C via satsumas, and use some Vicks vapour rub in a bowl of hot water and pop your head over it with a towel covering and breathe in the steam!

I like to have hot lemon and honey tea and eucalyptus oil drops in the bath to help clear the congestion.
