A PaddlePak Picnic

Maybe it’s just her, or maybe it’s because she’s been the baby of the family for so long, but Baya hates having to carry anything if we go out for the day. While her big sisters will take a backpack with whatever they need for the day, I seem to end up carrying all that she needs! So when the lovely folk at Trunki offered her a PaddlePak of her choice, I hoped that it would mean she’s start wanting to carry it {and not give it to someone else five minutes after we left the house}

She picked this gorgeous Dolphin PaddlePak straight away.The great thing about PaddlePak’s is that they are made from lightweight, durable, water resistant fabric. Making them perfect for days at the river or beach and carting swimming gear back and forth.

Baya was more than happy to carry her bag all the way to the river {and home again after}. Even when Kiki offered, she didn’t want her to carry it! We also got sent a bag full of delicious Ella’s Kitchen snacks which made a perfect addition to our picnic! We tested the waterproof-ness out on the way home, when it was full of soggy clothes from the river and a wet towel. We were happy to get home and find that the bag had lived up to it’s promise, and kept all the wet inside. We’d highly recommend this bag for those river and beach days – Baya is already looking forward to taking it to the beach next week with her cousins.

You can purchase your own PaddlePak here, and also find Trunki on Facebook.

We were sent this bag free of charge, but all words and thoughts are our own :)

    F was like this until he got to pick out his own back pack for preschool, now he loves it. I think Baya made a great choice, i love that colour blue. Super cute. x

    These look really great, Theo’s not really at the stage to want to carry his own things either, but maybe one of these would change his mind too!

    What a great bag – love the colour, and the sunglasses clip as well, what a clever idea!
