The thought of word for 2014 has been on my mind for a while. The right word has a way of finding you if you let it. Last years word was ‘Trust‘ – a word that proved to be perfectly apt once I realised it meant for me to simply trust in myself. To honor what my intuition told me and to follow my heart and know that I was on the right path. To listen to that inner voice when it told me that others weren’t what they seemed. The first third of last year was tough, while I learnt this lesson. The remainder of the year was AMAZING. I learnt to trust in myself and to follow through with what I knew to be right.

The past few weeks, the word that has been floating around my mind is ‘believe’. It flows perfectly for me – it is time to believe in myself 100%. To have total faith and confidence in myself and my life.
