Spiced Hot Chocolate Mix
Cold days are perfect for curling up on the sofa with a warm blanket, a good book and a cup of delicious hot chocolate. I love love love this spiced hot chocolate mix. A little zing to warm up your tummy on a cold winters day, packaged in a pretty jar, with a packet of marshmallows and a cute mug, and it makes a great Christmas gift.
You’ll Need:
Mason Jar or similar
1 cup cocoa powder
½ cup coconut sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Mix the ingredients together and place in your jar. You could tie a length of ribbon around, and attach a little card that says “Place 2 tbsp hot chocolate mix in your favourite mug, add hot milk and mix well. Top with a few marshmallows and enjoy”
I can see me drinking lots of this over the next few months!
