what makes you happiest?
I am a big believer in finding happiness in small places, in the little things. Like enjoying your perfectly-made coffee while doing some reading, taking in some pretty nature and fresh air, laughing with people you love, listening to live music. I just love living in the moment & finding the bright side of things!
do you have a happy place?
I have a lot of happy places! One of them would have to be at my favorite beach, hanging out with my family. Cool salt water air & looking for seashells-nothing quite like it. And the drive there is GORGEOUS, perfect time to listen to some oldies!
do you have a favourite happy song?
Music totally makes me happy! Life would be so dull without it! The Beatles have always been a favorite band, songs like Yellow Submarine & Drive My Car make me super happy because my son LOVES those songs too!
what gets you past a bad day?Bad days are a part of life. Everybody has ’em! On days that I’m feeling low, I can usually bring myself back to happy by doing some little things that I know will put a smile on my face like watching a favorite show or going to the store to pick up some magazines or new makeup! A nice walk always does the trick too :)

what makes you happiest?
The people I’m around all the time. I just surround myself with good people who make me laugh and who don’t cause a lot of stress in my life. I think that’s the best way to stay happy.
do you have a ‘happy place’?
Not particularly. I like to take walks when I’m stressed or need to cheer up, so I guess outside would be sort of a happy place, even though that’s really general.
do you have a favourite happy song?
Not one song in particular, but old Motown songs always make me really happy. I grew up listening to them, so they can pretty much cure any bad mood.
what gets you past a bad day?
Everything I mentioned above – good people, good music, going outside. Some good food and maybe a nap never hurt either :-P

Oh and I was wondering when mine would be posted? I think the e-mail I sent was a few weeks ago. I don’t mind at all and I’m sure you’ve got loads of these piled up, but I was just curious as I’m looking forward to it. :)
