February 14, 2012 at 13:26Oh my, I don’t really have any Valentine specific plans! My husband & I don’t celebrate it but I couldn’t resist getting him a little card (by Emmeline Pidgen) of a couple embracing in the snow. He won’t have got me anything and we forgot about it this morning as we were racing off to work! I also have to work late because of a meeting so I won’t even get to see my little boy before he goes to bed :( Sorry this is turning into a bit of a forlorn first comment – I hope others will have more romantic and happy things to say!
Despite all this, I do kinda love the spirit of v-day – the hearts, the romance! And I love your giveaway too :)

February 14, 2012 at 23:56Valentine’s Day plans: We spent the afternoon eating at Pizza Hut (first real date), then to Books A Million (a favorite place), headed to Starbucks (a “non-date” as we called it back in the day) where we had more than an hour of intimate conversations about each other and our life (*sigh*love*), went in Target where he bought me a little black dress, went shoe shopping to get me a pair of white keds which are on my list of 101 things to do in 1001 days! Tonight, we will eat chocolate covered strawberries, watch Psych and then get the love on! Haha.

February 15, 2012 at 09:07My Valentine’s Day kinda consisted of me taking up most of the afternoon getting ready for the night:P! My new Mac Brush set came yesterday..so I took a gurd while applying my foundation etc! Making the most of the day to try make myself feel beautiful! While also packing packages I just sold yesterday. Preparing my words I wrote for him! {which were probably soppy} hehe!
Later on, me and my fiance’ didn’t really have any plans..So we just went with the flow which included us going to Birmingham City Center late-ish walking around..the canals as they were lit up and taking random pictures that looked pwetty in the night..then we had a delicious drink in Starbucks:)! xoxox

February 15, 2012 at 09:58Well it’s a bit after the fact but my Valentine’s plans were an evening in with my boys, a soup and salad dinner, some candles and red wine, and what the Danish call hygge. It was perfect.
