Introducing Creo Glass

When you’re planning a new kitchen, I’m sure you’re like me – spend hours getting inspiration on Pinterest, picking just the right design and layout, figuring in how you can get as much storage and workspace as possible and making sure you have enough electric points for all your appliances. Often the item that gets the least thought, and left until last are the worktops and splash-backs. It’s all too easy to stick with black worktops and white tiles – but they are a great place to add a pop of colour to your kitchen – especially if, like me, you’ve opted for white cupboards.

Creo Glass are a fantastic company, based in their showroom in Hertfordshire, but they do have an online shop. They are a British design company which specialises in the manufacturing and installation of glass splash-backs and kitchen worktops for kitchens and bathrooms. Currently, we don’t have a splash-back, just white subway tiles. I’ve been really drawn to the Italian Collection – they have the ability to add a touch of luxe to your kitchen, transforming it from every day to something special. I love the contrast between the gold and the white units. Made from toughened glass that is heat and impact resistant, the textured pattern is on the reverse, leaving a smooth front for easy cleaning.

Another favourite is the crystalline collection, which features vibrant colours and a sparkle effect to add a ‘wow’ effect to your kitchen. In an all white kitchen, I think the pop of colour from these splash-backs would really add a little excitement to your kitchen, as well as adding some fun and personality to the room.

If understated is more your style, then the premium collection, with it’s crushed minerals in muted tones of gold, silver and bronze is probably more your cup of tea.
