Dream Living Room
Hello! We’ve survived the house move and thankfully have Internet once more :) I’ve spent the past few weeks mentally planning out the new house, and now I finally get to put it all into place. I’m slowly working my way through a mountain of boxes to unpack, the kids bedrooms, kitchen and playroom are all mostly done.
I’m {im}patiently waiting for the new sofas that I’ve ordered to arrive before I can put our living room together, so in the meantime, I’ve created a Pinterest board for my dream living room. It’s all about wood tables, leather sofas, sheepskin rugs and fairy lights. A warm, cosy place to switch off and chill out.

July 19, 2015 at 19:18I am about to start creating my dream living room for real and this was a great excuse to get all my current ideas together. I already have some cream curtains with a hint of red and the walls are a shade of grey I am happy with so my ideas are intended to bring all the elements together. I am obsessed with elephants and have elephants in one way or another in every room so the fantastic Casa Bella cushion fits the bill perfectly:-

I’m investing more in the decor than i have previously since it’s ours and going for a rustic living room feel with hints of luxurious copper.
