Here’s a little of what I’ve been doing recently:
Reading
I’ll be honest – I’ve barely read since Vega was born. A combination of lack of time and being too tired to concentrate on the words! I tried to read a novel, and a chapter in realised I’d not a clue what was going on so gave up. I have just read Hey Natalie Jean’s book which I actually quite enjoyed. It’s pretty much her blog posts in a book, but perfect for my baby brain right now!
Watching
Ah! Netflix – it’s been my saviour over these baby months! I ploughed through The Good Wife when Vega was first born, have watched some old Peep Shows and I’ve watched a couple episodes of Unbreakable Kimmy schmidt. The girls have been watching All Hail King Julien – always leaves them giggling!
Doing
Packing! We’re still waiting for a moving date, but I’ve been making a start on the packing. 20 crates of books packed so far… I’m a little daunted at the task ahead, I’m sure we’ll get it all done in the end but it seems like a huge amount of work, esp with a little baby! EEEEP! Wish me luck….
Thinking
My head has been full of plans for our new house – where things will go, what I need to buy {or would like to buy!}, tyring to work out all the logistics of a move for the six of us.
Loving
This sunshine – I forget how much happier I am when Spring returns. Blue skies and sunshine always make me feel better. Life is so much easier when the doors and windows are opend and you can sit out in the garden isn’t it?!
So… tell me what you’ve been doing?! Here are some photos from our picnic in the park yesterday.

April 22, 2015 at 11:18We’ve been camping which has given me the travel bug again so I’m planning more trips this year. Returning home we’ve had to get boring paperwork in order but the sun is shining so we’ve been out planting veggies in the garden. The kids are still on holiday this week and we have family visiting so we’re out and about keeping everyone entertained! Good luck packing for your move I can imagine it’s quite a task with 4 kiddos!
