Saturday Sun
Happy Saturday! I’ve just dropped the big girls off at their history club, Baya and I have come home for a couple of hours before we pick them back up. Just enough time for me to do a little gardening//animal cleaning out as it’s actually dry today {we have rain forecast for the next five days boo}. Then Kiki and Baya have gymnastics this afternoon. After that and a quick trip to the supermarket, the rest of the weekend will be a lazy one! We’re all tired after a busy week and everyone has the sniffles – so we’re planning a PJ and house day tomorrow to rest up!
Thursday’s Something Special party went great {thanks UKMums.tv!!} and yesterday we spent a day in the forest with friends – perfect tonic after a busy week. So nice to get away from the noise and business of home even just for a few hours.
Now the evenings are getting darker, I’ve been curling up with a book or my knitting more in an evening. Started the first of four hats this week {a bunny hat for Baya!}, getting everyone ready for the cold weather that will be here soon!
Now…. I really should go do some housework!!
Have a great weekend xox

May 13, 2014 at 20:13What a perfect saying! That was me as a child, less so now due to time constraints. I had looked in on your blog from time to time early last year but then life got in the way and its been about a year now since I’ve looked at blogs at all. I’m just catching up now and thought I’d leave a short comment. One silent reader who is no longer a total mystery ;)
