Moisture Marks

You should label any breakers not already labeled and check the master switch does turn off all power. It can be useful when working on the electrics or if there is a fire.

Check Smoke Detectors

Your home will probably have smoke detectors fitted already, these are lifesavers. If they are not mains powered then you need to replace the batteries in them. It’s also important to test them immediately and at regular intervals to ensure they are working properly.
