Dear Bean – Week Twenty Six
Dear Bean
I’ve had a few nights this week with the worst back pains ever. I had the same when I was expecting Baya too. Last night I woke up so many times, my back hurt like crazy and no matter where I wedged cushions nothing really helped. With Baya, I ended up sleeping on the sofa as it was the only place I could get comfortable. I had to hop in a bath this morning to ease the ache and pains in my back. I’ve been adding more yoga back into my days in the hope that it helps, with fourteen weeks to go I can’t imagine having nights like this the whole way until Bean is born.
Other than that, I’m feeling good still. Tired but ok. Ready for this baby to be out already.
Beastie asks every day when the baby is coming out, we’ve had lots of talks about the birds and the bees lately too. I love how inquisitive he is about the whole subject. Kids just take it as matter of fact, and I think it’s so important to just be honest and open about how the baby got there/how it will get out. I remember all the girls being fascinated whenever I was pregnant in the past, it’s a great way for them to learn the facts of life.
Bean has been super wriggly this week, the kiddos love feeling him move and seeing my belly shift when he does.
