He’s so cute…. I love these quiet times at night when it’s just me and him
Awake again?! He can’t seriously be hungry already..
I’m never going to get a full night’s sleep again
I bet everyone else’s baby is fast asleep right now
What did I put on the meal plan for tomorrow??
Argh… I didn’t take the meat out of the freezer before I went to bed!
He’s so cute when he snores…
Will he ever sleep all night long?
What was that noise…
Did I put the cats out last night?
Oh no! The tooth fairy hasn’t been yet…
Maybe I should rearrange the living room furniture
I wish I had my phone with me, at least I could browse Pinterest while he feeds
I really must sell all his old clothes
It’s about time I started working out again and lost this baby weight
I need cake
Aw he’s cute when he falls asleep on me.
Can I get him back in the cot without waking him up
Yes! he’s down…
Damn that f£$%^&g creaky floorboard
Is anyone else up half the night with a baby or just me?!

January 20, 2016 at 15:35Ha! I would add in – What’s the time? Have I been asleep yet? How long can I sleep if he goes down now? Should I risk the cot or put him on a warm bit in the bed?
But then it’s almost worse when he does sleep because I inevitably wake in a panick to check his breathing!

January 23, 2016 at 13:13It really is that constant battle between adoration and wanting to preserve those moments forever against the complete and utter exhaustion and need for sleep. Mother nature eh! xx
