5 delicious summer smoothie recipes
I always find it easier in the summer months to eat lots of fruit and veg… warm weather makes me crave salad! I’ve been making a point of making a smoothie for everyone every morning lately. It’s a great way to boost our fruit intake, I can sneak a little veg in there too {sssssh don’t tell!} , it fills us up AND gives us a great boost of vitamins and minerals.

Berry Burst
2 cups frozen mixed berries
2 bananas
1 cup apple juice
1/2 lemon, juiced
Mango Melon
1 cup mango
1 cup honeydew melon
1 lime, juice
1 cup coconut water
Banana Peach
1 cup peach

1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup natural yogurt
Green Smoothie
