It’s no secret that our family are all bookworms. Our house kinda resembles a library there are so many books everywhere! So when Tim emailed me to see if we would like to review his latest book, we jumped at the chance. Bosley Builds a Treehouse, released today, is the story of how Bosley Bear teams up with his forest friends on this heart-warming adventure of helping each other build an incredible tree house. The great thing about Bosley Bear books, is that they are dual language, meaning you can pick up a few key words phrases as you read along. The book is available with dual-language translations in Spanish, French, German, Italian, Russian, Chinese and Japanese.

We loaded the book onto our Kindle and took it away with us at the weekend. Baya really enjoyed reading it, the story, while short, was fun and grabbed her attention. The first read through we just read the English and looked at the high-lighted Spanish words. Once we knew the story, we started to read it again in Spanish. We both picked up a few new words {as did her big sisters}. We loved the cute illustrations also {especially the owl!!}

As a parent, I love to share books with my children, and this being dual language is fantastic! To be able to learn a little of a foreign language whilst enjoying a story is a great idea. We’ll definelty be buying some of the other stories in the series.

    I would gift this book to my sister in law who speaks lots of languages and it would be a nice book for her to read to Albie when we visit :)
