I realised the other day, that I never did get around to sharing photos of the patchwork blanket I made using the girls old baby clothes. I’ve pretty happy with the way it turned out – and it’s perfect to snuggle under when I’m watching a movie :)
Thats so pretty you did a great job, i started making one for Pennys first birthday but still havent finished it yet, maybe for her second in december :)
Great job! I love quilts. My mother and I started a ‘crazy quilt’ a few years ago using old clothes we had loved, bits of pillows that were too worn out to keep and any little bit of fabric from our lives that meant something. We still haven’t finished it, but I took a look at it last time I was in her town and we are farther along than I had remembered! Maybe it will get finished someday after all!
