A Family Meal Plan for July
It’s been a while coming, but I’m trying to get back into the habit of meal planning for the month. Honestly, half an hour of planning makes the whole month much easier. I’ve tried meal planning weekly, but it takes as long, and before I know it, I have to make another plan. A month at a time seems to work much better for us.
Of course – sometimes meals need to be switched around or changed up, but that’s ok! A little flexibility is fine – I just like the ease of not having to constantly think of what to make for dinner every single day.
The garden is bursting with colour, and summer is in full swing. July’s meals are about ease, freshness, and sharing food outdoors. We’re leaning into seasonal fruits and veggies—think courgettes, tomatoes, cucumbers, berries, and herbs—alongside grilled or roasted meats, homemade breads, and fresh salads.
