January. That traditional time of the year when we’re supposed to renounce all of our bad habits and suddenly become perfect – diet, lose weight, start exercising, be the ‘best’ version of ourselves.
I don’t like New Years Resolutions. They strike me as setting yourself up to fail. But goals. Goals seem much more postive. They’re dreams with a plan. Goals will get you to where you want to be, rather than focusing on what you ‘should be’.
Goals don’t have to be big. They can be as small and simple as you like. They can be little things that you would like to add to your year – little things that overall, will make you a happier and healthier person.
