Review || Kare Saloon Flowers 5 Hanging Light

When we moved into this house, I bought some inexpensive paper lampshades for most of the light fittings, with the plan of switching them out for something better along the way. While a few have been changed, the living room still had it’s student-esq paper lampshade in situ. So when Lights.co.uk got in touch with me, and I spotted this gorgeous 5 hanging lights lampshade I knew it was the right piece to finish off the living room.

I’ve always wanted a light fitting light this, I’ve been drooling over them for years but have never got around to purchasing one. I did have thoughts at some point about making my own, but realised that it would be expensive and a lot of work.

This pendant light has five classic lampshades in silver grey, lilac, ochre, turquoise and red, that are hanging from blue fabric cables. It looks fantastic installed in the living room, the lights make the room cosier than ever, and it looks like a work of art.

The piece is fantastic quality, and comes with everything you need to fit – though I did get an electrician to install it for me, as the wiring in this house is old and confusing!

It gives the room something of a romantic vibe, and while the light only comes own rather than radiating outwards into the whole room, it gives the perfect evening lighting. The fabric of the lampshades is of fantastic quality, and the whole piece is stunning. I’ve had so many people comment on how gorgeous it is since we put it up.
