CBBC Summer Social

If you’re looking for some fun ideas to entertain your kiddos this summer, then why not check out the CBBC Summer Social? It is a brand new Festival for kids, taking place across three days in August [3rd-5th] in Liverpool at Croxteth Country Park. It’s a one-day Festival packed with all your favourite CBBC and CBeebies faces along with stunning performances from musical stars like Union J, New Hope Club, Sophia Grace, Johnny Orlando and Mackenzie Ziegler.

Younger fans will be entertained by Mr Tumble, as well as a CBeebies Village packed with enticing activities and performances! Swashbuckle’s Cook and Line will be causing mayhem, you can go wild with Andy Day, discuss pets with Fern and Rory from Vet’s Tales, have a boogie at the groovy Go Jetters disco and even listen to a Bedtime Story or two.

There will also be specially curated showcases from world-class orchestras, West End musicals, Opera and Ballet.

Running alongside the main stage will be a spectacular range of outdoor and indoor venues including a BBC Music Introducing and LIMF live performance stage with music curated from across Merseyside. You can get involved in all the imaginative and immersive activity zones, theatre shows and creative workshops which will be dotted around the historic Croxteth Country Park. Explore the Petting Farm, the Victorian Walled Garden and the Grade II listed Croxteth Hall which all form a fabulous backdrop to the very best of CBBC and CBeebies Entertainment.

The kiddos and I will be going along, and Beastie is very excited already! With tickets starting at just £28, it’s a great value day out – you can find out more ticket info and purchase yours HERE.
