I’ve also been using these great superfood blends from Naomi’s Kitchen in my smoothie bowls recently. I N G R E D I E N T S for one serving
1 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1 large frozen banana, chopped
1 cup coconut water
1 tbsp I AM Superfood blend
1/4 cup sliced strawberries
1/4 cup sliced kiwi
1/4 cup sliced cherries
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
M E T H O D
Place the mango chunks, bananna, coconut water and superfood blend in your blender, process until smooth. Pour into a bowl and add your toppings!
