Hey! Did you all have a good Christmas?? I hope so! Christmas here was so much fun. The kiddos were ridiculously excited by bedtime on Christmas Eve, yet didn’t get up until almost 8am! I was actually the first one awake – a first on Christmas Morning I think.; It meant I had time to feed all the animals and make the first pot of tea before the madness began.

Santa was very generous this year, the kiddos had some amazing gifts… Lola got a sewing machine, Baya a wooden stables for her horses and Kiki the Sylvanian Family sets she wanted. They all got lots of books, craft kits, new clothes, money and tonnes more!!

Even Papa and I did alright… I got a new record player {!}, some books, smellies, new PJ’s, lots of little treats and some pennies to go spoil myself! Papa got a new mitre saw, lots of books and treats too.

I love Christmas Day – after the madness of gift opening, it’s so nice to have a whole day at home, with the excuse of not having to work or do housework or anything! We played some new games, ate a delicious {and huge} Christmas Dinner, drank Baileys – that was just Mama – and watched a little TV…. all in all a perfect day!

I’ll be back in a few days… I’m taking a bit of a holiday from the Internet… Enjoy the rest of your holidays!

Looks like you all had a wonderful Christmas. I loved the colour of your record player and I received some sylvanian families this year too from my sister (to add to my collection!).
    Have a happy new year!
