What’s for dinner?

With hens at the bottom of the garden, and various veggies growing, there is always something yummy to grab for dinner. When the cupboards are bare and I need to make something quickly to fill hungry tummies, it’s fantastic to be able to nip outside, grab some eggs, some salad, a courgette or two and throw together a quick frittata and salad for dinner.

Nothing quite beats the taste of veggies straight from the garden or eggs from your own hens.
