List 44: Food Inspiration

As part of my Couch to 5k training plan, I’m also cleaning up my diet. Cutting out refined sugars, and opting for the healthy choices. I’d gotten into the habit of filling myself up with junk, and was feeling the negative effects. Rather than drooling over cupcake recipes, I’ve switched to drooling over healthy recipes! Here’s some that have inspired me recently:

Frozen banana + 2 tbsp cocoa powder


Mediterranean flavored green vegan burgers

Avocado and Grilled Corn Salad with Cilantro Vinaigrette


Stuffed Courgette(Zucchini)


sweet potatoes with pecans and goat cheese
