Three Good Things

Happy October! Where is this year going?! We woke up to blue skies and sunshine this morning {even if it was pretty chilly} – that’s always a good start to the week. It’s been a pretty perfect weekend, asides from a slightly poorly Kiki on Saturday. Natty and I managed to sneak out for a coffee sans kiddos on Saturday, then I had a tattoo appointment and came home to homemade curry which we promptly stuffed ourselves silly with. Sunday we took a walk to a table top sale in town, then Kiki had panto rehearsals and Baya extra gymnastics practice. It was a chilled-ish weekend, with lots of good family time {and lots of tasty food}.

Now I’m feeling ready to hit this week running…. here are my three good things!

* YOGA ~ I’ve been making a conscious effort the past few weeks to practice some yoga every morning. My daily practice had fallen away over the summer, and it feels so good to be back on my mat. I wake at 7am every day, giving me time to myself to practice before the rest of my house is awake.

* MORNING SNUGGLES ~ since Beastie has been sleeping in his own bed for the last couple of months, I’ve missed those morning snuggles. He came down and found me on Saturday morning and gave me THE biggest hug ♥

* VLOGGING ~ after a four-month hiatus from vlogging, I finally got my ass in gear and vlogged! My anxiety had stopped for too long, so it felt good to conquer it and get back in front of the computer.
