Oftentimes, you may need to return items such as cable boxes, cords, and whatnots so it would be better than you have enough time to attend to all this before your move.

  1. Change your address a week before you move.

One of the most important things that you need to do in order to have your life running smoothly after your move is to change your address ahead of time. Call your bank, subscription services, and other companies you are affiliated with to update your address. An easy way for a change of address would be to do it online if you have a tight schedule.

We want to avoid throwing a decent food, that is why avoid buying groceries at least a week before your moving date.
