Summer Bucket List {and free printable}

Kiki - 26/52

Summer is finally here, we’re wrapping up a few homeschool projects and the like before we head fully into summer mode. While obviously we’re not tied to school holidays, we still usually switch off for a few weeks over the summer, simply because we want to enjoy the lovely weather and also there are always so many things through July/August. We tend to do more ‘formal’ work through the winter when it’s cold, and then enjoy the summer with lots of holidays, days out and adventures.

We made a bucket list a couple of summers ago, and really enjoyed ticking off all the fun activities over the summer. Last year we were focused on setting up our new house and never got around to making one.

So, last weekend, we put our brains together and came up with a few things that we really want to do this summer – including going camping, swimming in the river, going to the beach and picking our own berries. The girls love using PicMonkey – and they helped me put together this cheerful little printable to write our bucket list on – it’s pinned on our fridge, so we can check our progress through the summer!

    The printable is such a good idea! This is a crazy summer for us with the baby coming so I imagine this will help us actually make sure to fit fun things in!
