I’m back with another week’s meal plan. This is actually last weeks, that I never got around to blogging! I had a couple of questions about how much I stick to my meal plan. It’s not hard and fast – things happen and plans go wrong or things change. Last week, for example, G ended up switching his Friday night shift for a Tuesday night shift, so we swapped meals around a little and had our Taco Tuesday on Friday! I also always keep a well-stocked pantry, so there is always something to throw together if I need to do something different at the last minute. We always have pasta in, part baked baguettes, cheese, pesto, salad, some frozen veggies, tinned tomatoes and beans. It’s easy to whip up some Pesto Pasta with veggies and part baked baguettes, or Tomato Soup, or a quick Ratatouille if our plans change for some reason.

Here was what we ate last week…

Monday – Pesto Pasta, with sweetcorn, salad and bread rolls
Tuesday – Sausage Casserole, Veg and Yorkshire Puddings
Wednesday – Jacket Potatoes with Ratatouille
Thursday – Spaghetti Bolognaise
Friday – Taco Tuesday
Saturday – Pizza Night
Sunday – Roast Chicken with all the trimmings
