Review | Treaclemoon and The Library of Fragrance
It’s
They have created a library of all of your favourite familiar smells – that you can wear in fragrance form! I picked three of my favourite scents to try out – Almond, Frangipani and baby Powder {a weird one maybe, but while I don’t actually use it on my kids, the smell is strangely comforting and fresh}. The great thing about these scents is you can wear them alone or layer them to create your own unique scent.
They all smell gorgeous by themselves, and actually all three layered together is delightfully lovely. They’re a great, light fragrance for every day wear – not too heavy, or too cloying, or sickly… just perfect for ‘mumming’ around the house! They have some interesting scents too – Marshmallow, Fresh Coconut, Gin & Tonic, Fireplace, Freshly Mown Grass, New Paperback Book, Chocolate Chip Cookie, Salt Air and Snow! At just £15 a bottle, they would make a great gift, and they have a selection in their half price January sale right now if you wanted to treat yourself!
Carrying on with my baby powder theme, I’ve also been trying out this baby powder scented bath and shower gel. Treaclemoon are a fab quirky brand – all products [except the Honeycomb Secret range} are vegan and none are tested on animals. I love the fun little quotes that are written on the bottles too “The scent led here to a gentle place… a dreamy carousel ride on painted marshmallow and rainbow coloured elephants. Life was cute”. The shower gel itself is lovely, smells gorgeous and was gentle enough on my sensitive skin. It was a hit with my girlies too!

January 6, 2016 at 10:27Treacle Moon and Library of Fragrance are two of my favourite brands. I’ve just started on a huge bottle of the honeycomb shower gel and I’ve got the baby powder and thunderstorm perfumes – I get lots of comments about it!-
