What Mama Wore – smock top, barefeet and new hair
Hello!
You might notice a little change in my hair! After 6 years of red {apart from a couple of months of black hair a couple of years ago} it was time for a change. I’ve been thinking about it for a while, but it seemed like a big decision and a big task! Finally though I decided to just take the plunge. Right now, I’ve had two sessions of bleach on my hair. I did put a dark blonde dye on the roots to even them out a little. I’m hoping to do one more bleach on it in a few weeks, then add a blonde toner to the bottom half. It’s been years since I was a blonde! I’m planning an ombre thing so I don’t have to keep up with roots ;)
I’ve been searching for a top/dress like this for ages, and finally stumbled on this one on eBay and snapped it up for a bargain 99p! It’s perfect as it’s not too long to make feeding Vega difficult. So many of my clothes are just not breastfeeding friendly it’s good to add to my wardrobe a little.
My weeks are seeming a little long at the minute, Vega is keeping me busy as he wants to be walking around all. day. long. Babies are hard work!
Still it’s all good and I know how blessed I am.
Here’s hoping for some sunshine and lots of sleep this week! It’s actually G’s birthday today, so I’m sure they’ll be lots of food, fun, gifts and cake all day today.

I’m defiantly in bare feet still… I don’t want to let go of the summer ;)

February 24, 2016 at 01:46That look, with the beautiful hair – something I have lost as I age so much I have considered buying dye – and the bare feet, which of course are only suitable in summer in the UK, is as good as I have seen from you!
