Nutella Brownies

nutella brownies

Cold winter days are just right for baking. Miss Baya loves nothing better than mixing up some chocolate cakes or brownies {and of course, the obligatory bowl licking is always welcomed too!}. We took advantage the other morning of a sleeping baby and popped in the kitchen to whip up these quick and easy nutella brownies. Seriously – they are SO good, and so easy. I’m taken – five minutes to make, 20 to bake and they’re so moist and delicious – perfect with a cup of tea. Oh – and very moreish!

Y O U ‘ L L N E E D
1 jar Nutella {or similar} {400g jar}
4 eggs
8 tbsp plain flour

T O M A K E:
1// whip the eggs until really fluffy 2// mix in the jar of nutella 4// stir in the flour 5// spoon into a greased brownie pan 5// bake for 20mins at 180C 6// leave to cool then try not to eat all at once!

    Lead me not into temptation via nutella! Of course my problem would be making sure I didn’t eat the nutella before the brownies got made!

    How can these be so simple? I’m not a big Nutella fun but my 10 year old daughter is and she could easily whip up a batch of these. Can you confirm what size of jar of Nutella you used to make them?

    Brownies are such a brilliant quick treat to whip up, but I reckon these might be the fastest yet. This month’s We Should Cocoa is all about brownies if you fancied entering them.
